Browsing this site asks nothing of you. The one place we collect anything is the voice assistant, and this is what it keeps.
The site does not ask you to sign up and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The plots, prices and sold record are open to anyone. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, counts visits to each page without cookies and without knowing who you are.
Before your first question the assistant asks for your name and a phone number. The call back form on the contact page and the form on the sell page ask for the same, and for a line about what you want or what you hold. We keep those, the page you were on, and the questions you ask. We use them so the office can call you back, and for nothing else.
Your browser remembers your name on your own device, so the assistant does not ask twice.
When you speak, your recording is sent to a speech service that turns it into text. The text of your question goes to an AI service that writes the answer, and the answer goes to a voice service that reads it aloud. These are run by other companies: Google (Gemini), Groq, OpenRouter and ElevenLabs, depending on which is available at the time. We do not keep your recording.
To stop misuse, the site also keeps short counters tied to your connection address. They expire within the hour.
Names, numbers and questions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. They are read through a password protected panel, and only the people the business has given that password to can open it. They are kept until the office deletes them.
To have yours deleted, call the office on +92 333 5320717 and say so.
The map on the contact page is an embedded Google Map, and the call and WhatsApp buttons open those apps. Each is covered by its own company’s policy, not this one.

The quickest way to ask is to call the office. Someone there can tell you what is held against your number and remove it.
